CONDITIONS DE RESERVATION VIA MAIL OU TELEPHONE
Pour toutes réservations effectuées par mail ou par téléphone votre numéro de carte de crédit - le cryptogramme au dos de la carte - et la date de validité doit obligatoirement être communiqué.
Toute réservation, pour être définitive, doit être accompagnée d'un montant d'arrhes équivalent à 40% que l'hôtel prélèvera sur la carte de crédit. Ces arrhes seront déductible à la fin du séjour si ce dernier a été intégralement exécuté.
Le montant total des arrhes sera conservé dans le cas où l'annulation de la réservation surviendrait moins de 2 jours avant la date présumé d'arrivée.
En cas d'annulation tardive ou de non présentation l'hôtel prélève sur la carte de crédit fournie le montant total de la réservation.
L'hôtel se réserve le droit d'effectuer une pré-autorisation de la carte de crédit avant la date d'arrivée.
